Proceeds from Wisconsin Dinner Will Advance Regnerative Agriculture

Michael Fields Agricultural Institute is holding a fundraising event on Friday, February 28 (4 p.m. to 9 p.m.) at its home base in East Troy, Wisconsin.
Proceeds will enable the non-profit to pursue its mission: advancing regenerative agriculture through research, policy, and education, supporting diverse communities across the Upper Midwest and beyond — specifically through building a new research station.
Titled "Raise the Roof: A Night of Food, Music, and Community," the event will take place at Honey Creek Collective in East Troy. Here's what you'll enjoy if you attend:
Free Community Seed Swap: 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM
Swap stories and seeds at the 8th Annual Community Seed Swap downstairs. This free pre-party event is a Michael Fields annual tradition.
Happy Hour: 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Come upstairs and raise a glass to local agriculture with your complimentary drink ticket!
Dinner Buffet: 6:30 PM
Savor a delicious, locally sourced meal prepared with care.
Live Music and Dancing: After Dinner
Dance the night away to the sounds of The Martins, performing live Americana and folk music.
